Our Youth Development Program supports young New Americans as they adjust to life in the US, helping them succeed in school, build leadership skills, and prepare for their futures.

School Impact Program
The School Impact Program helps refugee and immigrant families navigate the US education system with confidence. We work directly with families and schools to remove barriers and ensure every child has what they need to succeed.

- Free and reduced lunch program applications
- Parent–teacher conference coordination
- Language access and interpreter services
- Guidance on health and behavioral health services

The Youth Mentoring Program empowers young people ages 15–24 to become active, confident members of their community. Through one-on-one mentoring and structured programming, participants build the skills and connections they need to thrive.
